Robert M. Liddell

Bob Liddell is a corporate transportation director with 25 years administrative and operations experience. He has acquired an extensive background in international operations and travel cost management while overseeing 13 aviation facilities, 50 aircraft and an employee staff of 250 aviation personnel.

As GM and Aviation Director for Tenneco Bob held significant risk management responsibilities for highly personalized on demand global executive transportation, foreign based aircraft, offshore helicopter operations and scheduled high density shuttle flights. His management team specified, negotiated, purchased and sold numerous Gulfstream, Falcon, Boeing, British Aerospace, Citation, and rotor wing aircraft. Additionally, the team developed standardization and training programs for over one hundred flight crewmembers along with support for an FAA Part 145 maintenance repair station. Special projects included design and construction of various aviation facilities from thirty to ninety thousand square feet; and conversion, interior design and outfitting of airline aircraft for corporate utilization.

Bob maintains a complete infrastructure of tools and processes to quickly take flight operations, in-flight, security, marketing and maintenance teams to their highest competitive level in safety, cost effectiveness and customer service. His winning strengths lie in facilitating leadership to dynamic aviation organizations, providing exceptional problem solving skills, communications, interpersonal skills as an effective change agent, and hosting a transportation culture of "customer delight".

In addition to his business degree from Texas A&M University (Kingsville), Bob has completed training and management development courses at United, American, TWA, US Air and Tenneco. Bob has recently served as VP Business Development for an internet based aviation financial services group, and continues to consult in aviation litigation matters.

In his community service work Bob provided maintenance, operations and fund raising support for Project Orbis (the flying DC-10 teaching eye hospital). He continues to volunteer at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Bob and Debby have two grown boys. He enjoys running, golf and skiing.
